The first time I had this dish was in Kenting, Taiwan and fall in love with it straightaway… It was spicy and the minced pork with some fat in it was bursting with flavor.
was soooo inspired to imitate one…
i went into the kitchen, take whatever I had – chicken fillet, big onion, garlic and thai chili paste and start preparing
with those limited ingredients plus some cooking instincts
this is the end result
i know…. a tad dry and
looks completely different but it does actually taste yummy, infused with chili paste…😀
i will get minced pork next time😀
