Sheng Kee restaurant at Equine Park serve decent food at reasonable prices and for that reason, we have been a frequent visitor.
Their signature dish, the fish head noodle priced at RM7 for small portion could easily feed two people. The vermicelli used was a lil thicker and on the tangy side compared to those thinner which are softer. The flavorful milky soup has tomatoes, salted vege and lots of ginger inside topped with pieces of fried fish meat.
Most of the individual dishes costs RM5 and the portion are quite big. (girls like me usually can’t finish the whole plate)
Man fan is mydaling all time favorite. The thick egg gravy together with white rice, prawns, squid and pork meat could satisfied his hunger after a long day at work, he claimed.
Fried rice with chopped chinese sausages but they are a lil skimpy on the sausages portion.
Curry chicken rice is one of my favorite. The curry was thick but not overly spicy. Simply delicious
Nasi lemak with rendang chicken was equally good but the sambal was on the sweet side. I prefer it the malay style – spicy 🙂
