My sudden crave for German cuisine landed us at Bavarian Bierhaus that serves authentic German recipe and beer.
It has a delightful ambiance and good service.
To quench our thirst, we ordered Franziskaner from Munich at RM25. RM3 off during happy hour.
The same goes for Stella Artois draught from Belgium. RM25 for 0.5l
Here comes the pork affair. For our entree, we settled on
Baby back ribs 2 way at RM44 for 1 pax and RM79 for two. Comes with jalapeno peach sauce and sweet tangy pineapple bbq sauce served with mixed vegetables and potato. Both sauce are flavorful and the texture of the meat is simply delicious – not too dry and hard… Two thumbs up!!
Sausage platter/wurstiplatte at RM79, enough for 2 pax. Comes with 8 variety of sausages – German farmer sausage, garlic sausage, pork cheese sausage, nurnberger sausage, thueringer sausage, lamb sausage, spicy chicken sausage and white sausage served with sauerkraut and potato salad accompanied by 3 different sauce – senf, garlic mayo and habanero mayo.
Uhhh, I dunno which is which… Match it yourself. All are great except for the lamb sausage which they say taste a lil weird (i did not try… hahahaa~~)
Total bill for the day was RM198.95 including 5% gov tax and 10% service charge for 3 pax. It’s a lil pricey but worth savoring once a……. year maybe!!! I’m too poor for that… hahahAahaha~~
