Is all about cooking when I’m in morning shift. Yupz, my job require 24 x 5 support but thank God I don’t have to work in graveyard shift anymore. Trust me, you wouldn’t want to experience that. Now, the latest I have to stay is until 8pm only… Muahahahaa~~~
Back to cooking part, is time to try out something new. This is the 1st time I fried a fish. LOL~~~ All this while steam only coz easy mah… There were some tips given from a drama that I watch recently on how to fry a fish so I decided to try it out.
1. Scrub the wok/skillet with ginger to prevent fish from sticking to your wok/skillet when frying.
2. Fry with low flame on one side till the fish is almost cooked before flipping over.
TaadaAaa~~~ Looks good right. Taste not bad actually with the Thai style chili sauce topped with onion and cucumber😀
