Thinking of something crunchy for tea time or movie time, try this out…Simple and fast…
All you need is one pack of crab stick and oil of course 🙂
Defrost the filament and then peel it off.
Heat the oil. Make sure it is hot enough so that the filament will not stick to your wok. Fry till golden brown. If you don’t want it to be very crunchy, take it out as soon as it turn brown.
TaadaAaaaa….!!! Here is your crunchy snacks…Serve it plain or with tomato or chili sauce. 😉
